Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative Tasks: - Manage office operations and procedures. - Develop and maintain office services, establish priorities, and set service standards. - Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events. - Maintain office supplies and equipment. - Maintain office records and accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance. - Coordinate with professionals to facilitate office business operations and resolve any arising issues. - Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety regulations, complies with relevant government legislation, policies and procedures within the office. 2. Human Resources: - Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff. - Manage the allocation of human resources and space. - Handle employee records and HR documentation. - Schedule rosters and monitor shift record/attendance and performance - Provide culturally appropriate support to staff from diverse backgrounds. 3. Marketing: - Develop and implement marketing strategies targeting potential clients in New Zealand, particularly immigrants. - Manage social media and online presence. - Create marketing materials and campaigns. 4. Cultural Support: - Understand and address the needs and requirements of staff and clients from various cultural backgrounds. - Organize cultural sensitivity training and activities. - Act as a liaison between management and staff to foster an inclusive work environment. Qualifications: - At least three years of relevant experience or - Relevant NZQF Diploma or above qualification - Strong understanding of cultural diversity and willingness to working with immigrant communities. - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Clear criminal record Desirable Attributes: - Compassionate and empathetic, with a genuine interest in supporting the elderly. - Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
