Office Manager:
The company is looking for an energetic, trusted full-time employee who can welcome clients with satisfaction, deal with them with integrity, maintain confidentiality, and support our regular business growth.
The minimum work will be 32 hours per week and the maximum will be 50 hours per week. The wages will be $30.00 per hour to $35.00 per hour. The overtime payment will be $45 per hour. Candidates should pass a background check. New Zealand citizens or residents are preferable; please mention if you are a NZ resident or citizen.
Office Manager Duties Including:
Maintenance
Mailing
Supplies
Equipment
Bills
Shopping
Contributing to the planning and review of office services, and setting priorities and office service standards
Schedule meetings and appointments
Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
Organize office operations and procedures
Coordinate with the IT department on all office equipment
Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and office lease
Allocating human resources, space, and equipment
Manage office budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
Provide general support to visitors
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
Ensuring office equipment and supplies are maintained
Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Manage internal staff relations
Maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment
Address employees' queries regarding office management issues (e.g., stationery, hardware, and travel arrangements)
Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services
Coordinating personnel activities such as hiring, promotions, performance management, payroll, training, and supervision
Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and conferences
Assigning work to and monitoring the work performance of staff
Managing records and accounts of the office
Liaising with professionals to coordinate office business and to facilitate resolution of problems
Ensuring work complies with relevant government legislation, policies, and procedures
Digital and social marketing, website design and development, and online sales maintenance also significantly improve product sales.
Prepare presentations, brochures, reports, and related material for digital and social advertisement
