GURAM TRANSPORT LIMITED are looking for an Office Manager to join us on a full-time basis.
Your responsibilities will be:

Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency.
Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents, both physical and digital.
Manage office supplies inventory and order replacements as needed.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle invoicing, billing, and processing payments.
Monitor and handle company accounts, including petty cash and expense reports.
Maintain employee records and manage time-off requests.
Address inquiries and facilitate communication between staff and management.
Serve as a point of contact for clients and customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Process customer orders, track shipments, and manage delivery schedules.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective customer service skills.
Assign and oversee scheduling and dispatching of transport vehicles and drivers.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure the trucks maintenance and are operational.
Monitor and improve operational workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Maintain and update health & safety protocols and procedures for the office and transport operations.
Ensure that work complies with relevant government legislation, policies and procedures.
Facilitate internal communication and coordination between different departments.
Handle office communication systems, such as phone and email.
Oversee the delivery of goods and services from external partners.

About you:

You must be at least 18 years of age.
You must be eligible to work in New Zealand (either citizenship, residency, the relevant visa - or be able to obtain one).
You must have attention to detail.
You must have a reliable work ethic with good customer service skills.

Requirements:

You must be available to work in the mornings, evenings and on the weekends if necessary.
You will be required to work for a minimum of 32 hours per week, and a maximum of 40 hours per week.
You must have general English abilities.

The hourly rate for this position is between $30.00 and $32.00.
