We are seeking a one office manager for our business in Christchurch.
We guarantee a minimum of 30 hours per week,with a pay rate ranging from $30.00 to $32.00 per hour.
Candidates must be available to work according to the roster, including weekends and late evenings.
Key Responsibilities: Planning and Review: Establish the service standard, set the priorities and contribute to the planning and review of services.
Resource Allocation: Allocate human resources, space, and equipment to ensure optimal workflow and efficiency.
Work Assignment: Assign tasks to staff, monitor their performance, and ensure high productivity levels.
Records Management: Manage records and accounts accurately and efficiently.
Liaison: Coordinate business by liaising with professionals and facilitating the resolution of any issues that arise.
Equipment Maintenance: Ensure equipment and supplies are well-maintained and available.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and relevant government legislation, policies, and procedures.
Personnel Coordination: Oversee personnel activities including hiring, promotions, performance appraisals, payroll, training, and supervision.
Qualifications: Proven experience in office management, preferably in a warehouse or electronics environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, ERP systems).
Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues efficiently.
