This is a really great hands-on office manager role best suited to those who love streamlining processes and bringing structure to improve efficiency. This role is with Eric Wiig Ltd, a well-known and highly regarded company in the painting and coating services industry, operating for over 50 years.
Based in their office in Onekawa and reporting to a progressive managing director, this newly established role will see you taking on a range of responsibilities. You will be the MD's right hand, providing support to the project managers and wider team to meet project deadlines. Your duties will include:
Ensuring accurate and timely processing of day-to-day finance administration
Overseeing HR, health and safety, marketing, and social media
We need an initiative-led, well-organized office manager with an affinity for the building and construction industry. You should be confident working across different systems and have a solid understanding of accounting principles. Enjoyment of a fast-paced environment and the ability to manage a team effectively is essential. A positive attitude and energy are key, as is being a team player. We seek someone who is future-focused with an appetite for driving process improvement.
