Office Assistant

New World Feilding is looking for a cheerful, reliable person with an attention to detail to join our office team. You will be working with a committed and motivated team who pride themselves on the quality produce and service we offer our customers here at New World. This is a varied role and not all your time will be in the office. Your duties will include: Banking / Cash Payroll Invoicing / Credits Follow up overdue Accounts Stocktaking Helping customers with enquiries Helping our department managers with receipting / invoicing / credits Ticketing Maintaining Health & Safety and Food Safety standards at all times Here's what you'll need: We use SAP - SAP experience is a definite advantage Customer service driven – it's the reason we're here! Have excellent communication skills Be reliable, we are a close team and you'll be missed if you're not here! Have a good work ethic Be able to work well under pressure A Police Background check will be undertaken What's in it for you? Days and hours of work will be discussed with the successful applicant. 25 hours per week are office based; however, if full-time hours are needed, there may be tasks available in other areas of the store.
