ABOUT THE COMPANY Our client is a Christchurch owned and operated vehicle leasing, sales and finance specialist. Operating for over 25 years, the business provides individuals and businesses throughout NZ solutions for their vehicle leasing and funding requirements. ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate to provide accurate administration within our clients business. Each day will be different as you work through daily reconciliations, invoice processing, data entry, document preparation and credit control/arrears. Variety will keep you on your toes, and you will be able to continue learning about different aspects of the business to grow your knowledge. General office administration tasks are undertaken by the whole team, so you could find yourself placing stationery orders or welcoming guests on arrival. Be part of a team that works together to achieve great results for clients and has fun doing it. ABOUT YOU Our ideal candidate could have banking, finance or credit administration experience along with the below attributes: Strong attention to detail and history of accuracy in your work, particularly with numbers A clean credit, criminal check and a full clean drivers licence Ability to work well in a busy open plan environment High level of computer literacy and ability to easily pick up new systems Proficient on Word, Excel and Outlook Excellent time management and organisational skills A good sense of humour and able to interact well across a variety of age groups Respectful and professional presentation and phone manner Previous administration and customer service experience is essential Knowledge of Xero and/or MYOB and ability to learn the internal finance system #J-18808-Ljbffr
