What you'll do:Ensure the kitchen is safe and hazard free by washing dishes, removing rubbish, and cleaning.Prepare meal trays and assist with service.Support our chefs with basic food preparation and baking.Top up supplies and generally help to keep the kitchen running smoothly.What we can offer:Foot in the door to the hospitality industry.Modern well-equipped kitchen.Training and development opportunities, including apprenticeships and NZQA recognized qualifications.Access to beach accommodation, savings scheme, and other benefits only offered to our staff.Who You Are:Show attention to detail.Have good time management skills and the ability to take initiative.Be able to work safely in an industrial kitchen with large hot pots and trays.Maintain a clean, tidy, safe and hazard free environment.Be an exceptional team player with a flexible, committed attitude.Friendly and engaging and know what it means to deliver outstanding customer service.We are currently seeking suitable candidates to work fixed shifts over a 7 day roster, or provide casual cover as and when required to cover leave.
