The opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator with great organisational skills to join our Dunedin team. This is a critical role in our office supporting the Office Manager, Projects and Interiors, and Pre-Construction teams.
We're a busy bunch, so you will need to be flexible to move with the needs of the business when things change and be confident juggling a number of time-sensitive priorities at once. Professionalism will be key!
To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
A full NZ driver's licence is essential
Strong organisational skills and efficiency in a busy office environment
Excellent attention to detail
Previous administration experience, preferably including accounts administration
Proficient user of the full Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive and team-focused attitude
