PPS Fencing Limited is a Waikato based fencing company (Located in Ngaruawahia) looking for an office administrator who can jump into any task, use initiative, and be responsible for several day-to-day activities within an office environment.The role includes but is not limited to the following tasks:Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)Undertake processing of receipts and invoices into accounting software.Maintain the invoice and billing system.Follow up on overdue invoices and collection of debts.Maintain accounts payable and receivable files and records.Investigate and resolve any irregularities or inquiries with accounts receivable and accounts payable.Book accommodation for staff working away.Book concrete orders and track dockets and testing.Assist the Project Coordinator with filling of project documentation and variations into our systems and client's system, where required.Assist colleagues whenever necessary.Provide support to managers when requested.Previous experience in a similar role is essential.You must be:Honest, reliable, conscientious, and organizedHave initiative and motivationEfficient and accurate in data entryPossess excellent English skills - verbal and writtenHave people skills and the ability to solve problemsWe require you to have your own transportation and hold a clean driver's license. The successful applicant will be required to undergo a Drug & Alcohol test on employment and randomly throughout employment. A competitive remuneration will be paid according to skillset.
