This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and organised individual to manage complex administrative tasks and contribute to the overall success of the business.Key Responsibilities:Engage professionally with internal and external parties.Update website, manage social media, and coordinate marketing materials.Manage Tenant and Property Onboarding/vacate processes.Keep Asana updated across all tasks.Handle insurance claims and contract processing.Support process/system updates.Load new tenants/properties and generate invoices.Maintain tenant/property records.Prepare lease templates and coordinate execution.Manage fleet licensing, repairs, and servicing.Oversee property and office keys.Handle stationery orders, office maintenance, and visitor reception.Assist with events and gift baskets.Perform other administrative tasks as needed.About You:Proven experience in administrative or back-end office role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and office management software.Experience with database management and cloud-based tools is highly desirable.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.A proactive, self-motivated individual with a problem-solving mindset.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Please note this is a 6-month part-time temporary position, with an immediate start.How to Apply:If you are a proactive, detail-driven individual with a passion for supporting efficient office operations, we would love to hear from you!
