The Opportunity We are currently looking for a part-time Office Administrator at our new Porirua store.
This varied role involves general office administration, daily cash count and balancing, preparation of daily bank deposits, and review of weekly timesheets for payroll processing.
You must be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the office administration/finance function (including debtors, creditors, and petty cash) and be comfortable working with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
You will be required to work to deadlines and possess strong communication skills.
