Our vision goes beyond conventional boundaries in pursuit of solutions that redefine industry standards to make projects quicker, easier and more cost-effective for our partner companies to achieve.What You'll Do:Serve as the front-of-house and first point of contact for the New Energy office.Provide daily administrative support to the office, management team, and project teams.Manage company-level inquiries from project sites.Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements.Handle accounts payable tasks, including invoice processing, purchase orders, and reconciliations.Manage insurance claims and renewals.Support procurement processes and maintain the asset register.Act as a payroll backup.Oversee purchasing and stocking of office supplies.Collaborate with suppliers and assist project teams as needed.Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.What We're Looking For:Education: High school diploma; additional administrative training preferred.Experience: Proven administrative experience, ideally in a project-based setting.Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills; attention to detail; proficiency in Microsoft Office; adaptability; punctuality.Personal Traits: Team player, approachable, proactive, with a "can-do" attitude.Licenses: Valid driver's license required.Please note, candidates must have the right to work in NZ and pre-employment drug and alcohol testing applies.
