NZ Sotheby's International Realty – Manawatu County We are seeking a proactive and experienced Office Administrator to join our Palmerston North office. In this role you'll be trained and mentored by our Group Administration Manager whilst working alongside the Palmerston North Sales Manager providing administration support to our team of Sales Associates and being the first point of contact in our office. Previous administration experience is essential and experience in the real estate industry will be highly regarded. This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities: Office administration Entering listings Property marketing Being the friendly face in the office The right hand of our Sales Manager Key Skills and Attributes: Strong administrative skills and experience is essential Highly organised and professional Attention to detail and accuracy Comprehensive understanding of the suite of software including Word, Excel and Adobe Motivated and able to work unsupervised Ability to pre-empt needs Deadline driven and hardworking Make good use of your initiative Sense of humour Exceptional can do, willing and adaptable and flexible attitude Why should you work for us?
