We are looking for someone to join our small, family-owned commercial construction and civil contracting business in Foxton, where we've proudly served our community for over 35 years! We're looking for an organized and friendly Office Administrator to support our team and contribute to our continued success.Position: Part-Time (Potential for Full-Time)Key Responsibilities:Greet visitors and manage calls and queries with a warm and professional manner.Open and close the office, including general tidying, setting up signs, and maintaining cleanliness.Prepare tea and coffee for staff and visitors as needed.Communicate and correspond effectively with clients, team members, and suppliers.Utilize Microsoft 365 & Office, including Microsoft Teams for calls and meetings.Experience with Accredo software is a plus.Record and manage staff timesheets.Issue purchase orders to staff as required.Handle debtor tasks, including invoicing, following up with clients, and maintaining records.Manage creditor tasks, including processing invoices and allocating costs to relevant jobs.Manage storage unit enquiries, sign up new customers, allocate payments, follow up overdue accounts.Perform general administrative tasks such as typing, filing, scanning, and copying documents.The Successful Candidate Will:Show professionalism in all tasks.Be honest, reliable, and proactive.Have a can-do attitude.Have the ability to work alone and with others.Benefits:Opportunity for growth into a full-time position.Supportive team environment.Applicant must be a NZ Resident/citizen.If you're ready to contribute to our office and help us deliver exceptional service to our clients, staff, and suppliers, we'd love to hear from you!Apply now for this role or get more information by contacting Mikaela Caldow. #J-18808-Ljbffr
