The opportunity!
An exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our Whangarei Team!
This is a permanent, part time role.
Hours are from 9.00am to 2:30pm 5 days a week (26 hours per week), however this is flexible.
What you're there to do: Frontline Customer Service - Reception, dealing with customer enquiries, quoting customers Data entry, invoicing, receipting, inwards goods and ordering, keeping database up to date, attending to emails Apply critical thinking to find solutions Skills & experience you'll bring: Dedicated safety focus Can do attitude and a quick learner Previous experience working in a customer service role is essential Knowledge of glass standards and/or knowledge of the Building and Construction industry is preferable Resilient and excels in pressure situations Strong time management and communication skills Advanced and competent computer skills How to apply: We want to hear from you!
