The Opportunity;We are recruiting for an Office Administrator and Relief Driver to join Team Ritchies at our Greenline Morrinsville Depot.This role plays an important part in making sure our Depot is running smoothly through effectively providing admin support to the Depot Manager and Tours Operations Manager.You will wear many hats; from general administration tasks, including data entry, providing great customer service to processing payroll.This is a great role for someone who loves being organised and providing administration support to a variety of Managers.About Us;Ritchies is one of Aotearoa New Zealand's leading passenger transport companies with a team of more than 2,000 people providing coach and charter services right across the country. We partner with regional councils and schools to supply public transport services as well as offering a range of bus and coach hire services to businesses and the general public. You would be joining us at an exciting time in Ritchies' history as we gear up to decarbonise our fleet and move to a more sustainable public transport model.About You;You're an admin superstar! You're great with deadlines, juggling multiple priorities and tech savvy, in particular with Microsoft Office.You pride yourself on your eye for detail and your time management skills.You have a passion for the transport industry and have the willingness to jump in with the team and assist with driving when needed.You're a great team player and can communicate with a variety of people and groups in a manner that is concise and easy to understand.
