Someone who enjoys being in a team yet loves autonomy. We are looking for a great work ethic and sense of humour that will fit in well with our existing team. We require someone passionate about people, can build relationships and provide great customer service. You will be the first face people will see when they come in and the first voice people will hear when they contact us.You will be the ultimate office all-rounder.The Role:Being front of house, meeting and greeting all visitors and staff, answering, and distributing incoming calls and queries.General office administration: providing support to the wider Central region offices. Stationery and stock ordering, kitchen cleanup, filing, binding and all other admin tasks as required.Support: Backup and support to other team members roles, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, training and development and IT.Finance administration: complete journal adjustment entries as required, input of sales dockets and other ad-hoc accounts receivable or payable duties. Assist the finance team with reporting requirements.What you'll bring to the tableStrong computer literacy and confident in using Microsoft Suite; word, excel, outlook etcHave the ability to multi-taskExcellent time management skillsExperience in a similar position - is advantageousThe ability to work within a team environmentTidy and presentableStrong communication skills; verbally on the phone and in personAbility to work well under pressure and can juggle multiple tasksPositive, can-do attitude and ready to start work now!Hold a current drivers licenceFulton Hogan Philosophy We build and maintain critical infrastructure that connects and enhances communities across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific.
