This will involve:Data entry (time sheets, job starter forms, purchase orders, creditor invoices etc)Answering and transferring phone callsOrdering stationerySpreadsheet managementProcessing vehicle registration and road user chargesYou will also be required to offer back-up to our Payroll Officer, so it's essential that you have some previous Payroll experience.We are looking for a self-motivated, tech-savvy professional with a head for numbers and a high level of accuracy.Our ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar role, as well as the ability to use initiative, work proactively, and strive for excellence in all areas of work.
