If you would like to join our Traffic Management Team and have the attributes required, we would love to hear from you.As the Traffic Management Administrator, you will be responsible for the planning, organizing and general administration for our Traffic Management Department Manager and her team. This is a dynamic role where no two days will be the same and we are looking for someone who is calm under pressure and enjoys being in an environment where change is a constant challenge.You will also be responsible for:Planning and organizing (previous scheduling experience would be an advantage)General office dutiesAdministration – memos, correspondence, reports and other documents as requiredAnswering incoming calls as requiredInvoicing and data entry as requiredSite visits (full training will be provided for this part of the role)Other duties as reasonably requestedAvailability to be on call when requiredWhat you'll bring to the table:Experienced administration skillsExperience with Microsoft softwareClear communication, making sure requests are dealt with promptly and accuratelyExperience in Traffic Management would be an advantageWhat's in it for you:At Fulton Hogan we truly care about the wellbeing of our people and giving them the tools they need to succeed.
