Receptionists (Administration & Office Support) Development Nous Limited (DNL) is a progressive multi-disciplinary consultancy, specialising in all areas of land development and many parts of the building industry. We are a down to earth team with a high-performing culture, that fosters a team approach and focuses on working collaboratively to deliver quality services and products to our clients.The Role:We are seeking a full time, energetic and highly organised office administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in front desk operations, will be tasked with looking after the day-to-day administration requirements of our busy team and ensuring the smooth running of the back office. You will work alongside a great team, supportive directors and most importantly receive on the job training. Key Responsibilities:Reception Duties: Greet clients, answer phones and respond to customer enquiries with a professional demeanour.Finance Duties: Utilise Xero and Workflow software to oversee accounts payable and other financial transactions. Assist with monthly invoicing and oversee timesheets. Assist Staff: Support colleagues with administration requests when required.Office Duties: Maintain kitchen and office facilities. Other Duties: Manage vehicle maintenance, assist with organising staff functions, manage social media accounts, maintain stationery levels throughout the office.You will have:Relevant experience in administration or similar roleProficiency in financial processes Strong attention to detail, accuracy, with excellent verbal and written communications skillsDemonstrate professionalism, integrity and confidentiality.Have the legal right to work in New Zealand and/or hold a valid NZ work visa.Highly collaborative spirit and experience working in a team. DNL offers competitive remuneration packages based on qualifications and experience, mobile phone, health insurance, training and development opportunities.
