You will form long-lasting client relationships and become an essential part of our team. The right attitude is key!Key Responsibilities:Preparing and coordinating documentsInvoicingPA duties to the DirectorsEnsure documents and databases are maintained accuratelyAssist in the effective daily running of our busy practiceYou will have:A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar roleExceptional customer service and communication skillsExperience working in a fast-paced environmentProven work experience using the Microsoft Office SuiteAn excellent work ethic; supportive, professional and discreetInitiative and an ability to learn quicklyYardley Lo provides a hard-working and fun-loving supportive team environment.Please note: you must have the right to live and work in New Zealand to apply for this role.
