Binns Property Works is a maintenance, painting and landscaping company working in the Mackenzie region. We are based in the beautiful Lake Tekapo.We are looking for a person in the office to help organise and systemise workflows and assist with administrative functions.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesUsing job system to perform tasks such as creating, scheduling and organising jobs.Use of accounting software to keep track of accounts, payments and cashflow.Communicate with suppliers, customers and staff to ensure a smooth completion of work.Health and Safety management, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.Improving and evolving workflows and systems.Qualifications & ExperienceHigh level of verbal and written English comprehension.Advanced administrative skills and/or specialist knowledge in a field of study.Ability to work effectively and efficiently independently and as part of a team is a must.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.Current driver's license.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?How many years' experience do you have as an office administrator?Do you have experience in administration?Have you worked in a role which requires a sound understanding of OH&S/WHS?
