Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)Our client is a leading clothing/accessory player within the New Zealand Tourism industry.
They are looking for a professional Office Administrator/Inventory Controller to join their team.About the role:Our client is offering a position with flexible hours, allowing you to have a great work-life balance.
Key responsibilities include:Oversee and monitor all inventory levels to ensure efficient operation, adequate stock availability and minimize both overstock and stockouts.Participate in regular physical inventory counts, ensuring accuracy and addressing any discrepancies between physical counts and system records.Monitor all interfaces between the Xero/Cin7 and other systems being used, identifying any missing data or transactions and enforcing the correct actions.Analyse inventory data to identify trends, variations, and areas of improvement.
Conduct reports on inventory performance, showcasing the findings from data and trends.Work within finance, systems, and warehouse to collaborate and coordinate any inventory activities that can solve any issues related to stock discrepancies.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Continuously seek and implement best practices for inventory management.The role offers the ability to make the role your own and grow your career as the successful candidate learns the role and is able to take on more responsibilities.About you:Previous experience in inventory or factory management.Proficiency with Xero or Cin7 software systems.Strong administrative experience.Experience in invoicing, auditing, stock take, and forecasting.Team player.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Familiar with Health & Safety procedures.How to apply:Apply now or contact Jared McCarthy on 07 839 1750 for a confidential chat.
