The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a smart, savvy administrator to provide support to the Investment team. You will support the Mt office with:
Processing documentation related to property acquisition and the share sale process.
Liaising with investors; over the phone and via email.
Overseeing the office admin and being the go-to for all local event management.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will be highly organised and have previous experience working in a busy corporate office environment. The ability to grasp new software and systems quickly is a necessary skill, as well as being proficient in the Microsoft Office suite. A high attention to detail and fabulous communication skills, both written and verbal, are skills we're looking for. You'll also be a team player who enjoys a collaborative, fun workplace.
