We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Office Administrator to enhance our customer management interactions. You will be working alongside highly professional individuals in the healthcare sector, assisting them in their day-to-day operational duties to help streamline overall office efficiency. Duties and Responsibilities:
Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
Keeping stock of office supplies and placing orders when necessary (e.g. stationery, groceries).
Managing and coordinating support if required from our external service providers, e.g. IT, telephones, cleaning.
Managing clerical duties, including filing, copying, responding to emails, and preparing documents for distribution.
Providing administrative support, answering queries, and responding to requests.
Performing basic accounting tasks including creditor invoices, reconciliations, supplier payment batch processing, and entry of the inwards/outwards goods transactions.
Skills and Abilities:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to thrive in both team settings and autonomous work environments.
A positive attitude and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
