We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Office Administrator to enhance our customer management interactions. You will be working alongside highly professional individuals in the healthcare sector, assisting them in their every day-to-day operational duties to help streamline overall office efficiency. Duties and Responsibilities: The position includes or attaches the following duties and responsibilities, and any duties and responsibilities reasonably incidental to those, including:
Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary (e.g. stationery, groceries).Manage and co-ordinate support if required from our external service providers, e.g. IT, telephones, cleaning.Manage clerical duties, including filing, copying, responding to emails and preparing documents for distribution.Provide administrative support, answering queries and responding to requests. Perform basic accounting tasks including creditor invoices, reconciliations, supplier payment batch processing and entry of the inwards/outwards goods transactions. Skills and Abilities: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to thrive in both team settings and autonomous work environments.A positive attitude and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principlesComfortable handling confidential information
