About the role
We have a rare opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. You will be accountable for the delivery of professional company administration services including accounts receivable/payable and payroll, with an emphasis on quality, health and safety.
We are looking for a candidate who will act with integrity and honesty in all the work they produce, a team player to fit within our multidisciplinary team including engineers, project and field staff and someone who is willing to go the extra mile for all of our clients. Skills and experience
We are seeking a professional, organised person who is honest, trustworthy and acts with integrity. Requirements of the role are:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as an Office Administrator
Experience with Xero or equivalent
Experience with Sharepoint and Microsoft 365
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
A can-do attitude
To be able to work unsupervised
To be an incredible team player
Ideally you will have:
Experience with WorkflowMax
Experience with iPayroll
Experience with Timeclock
Experience in Health & Safety Systems
Excellent organisation skills
