Position: Office Administrator - Finance & Payroll
Location: Beautiful Oropi School
Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (8:30am-3:30pm) & Friday (8:15am-3:30pm)

Oropi School is on the lookout for an Office Administrator - Finance & Payroll to help keep our school running smoothly and efficiently. This role is all about supporting our amazing staff, students, and school community with everything from finance and payroll to general office tasks.

What You'll Be Doing:
Payroll & Staffing: You'll handle payroll forms, track important staffing data, and keep our payroll processes running smoothly.
Finance Management: Manage accounts payable and receivable, process payments, and assist with financial reconciliations. You'll even help out with our annual audit!
Student Enrollments: Keep our enrollment records up to date and assist with roll returns, plus support our international student administration.
Bus Services: Help manage our school bus capacity, keep records current, and handle invoicing for our bus users.
General Office Tasks: Oversee our school management systems, manage social media updates, organise orders for supplies, and keep our staff room stocked and ready.
Event Support: From Calf Club Day to end-of-year celebrations, you'll lend a hand with planning and coordination.
Board of Trustees: Take meeting minutes and assist with communication and documentation as needed.
