We're seeking expressions of interest for an Office Administrator role in Auckland ! We have upcoming temporary roles that would be perfect if you are looking for a new role!
As an Office Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations in the office. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing administrative tasks and ensuring the office operates efficiently.
Proficiently handling Microsoft Office Suite , especially Excel , to create reports, track data, and maintain records.
Assisting with accounts payable and receivable, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
Overseeing payroll processing , ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Providing general support to the team, including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
We're looking for someone who brings:
Proven experience in office administration, accounts, and payroll functions.
Strong skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
A positive attitude and strong communication skills.
