Office Administrator/Dispatcher Full TimeSeeking an Admin/Dispatcher who can turn their hand to many different tasks in order to assist our team.Booth Ag (2008) Ltd is an agricultural spraying and sheep dipping company based in Otautau that operates throughout Southland. We are a fun, busy team that requires a new team member.For this position you will need to:Have a bubbly friendly natureHave excellent phone manner with accurate note taking during office hours and after hours.Communicate effectively with clients and staff.Ensure accurate data entry of operational information.Accurately enter invoices and bills.Use of Xero would be an advantage.Farming knowledge would be an advantage.Understand accounts receivable and accounts payable.Assist directors and other staff as necessary.Assist with note and minute-taking in meetings, as required.Filing and organization of information.Help keep the work environment clean and tidy and assist colleagues where requested.Have a Restricted or Full driver's licence.
