Office Administrator – Creditor and Payroll Processing, Office Administration Morrison Creed Advisory Limited – Manawatu County
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll and creditor processing, reconciliations, calendar organisation and office administration.
Responsibilities:
Process payroll for employees, including calculating hours, preparing pay runs, and managing payroll taxes and deductions.
Manage the creditor process, including invoice entry, payment processing, and supplier reconciliations.
Perform regular bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
Organise and manage calendars for team members and schedule appointments and meetings.
Provide general office administration support, including answering phones, managing communications and supplies.
Facilitate bookings and tenant requirements for shared office space.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in office administration, with a focus on payroll and creditor processing.
Strong knowledge of Xero accounting software.
Experience with payroll processing, including knowledge of tax and deductions.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
Experience with calendar management preferred.
