Office Administrator - Creditor and Payroll Processing, Office Administration
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll and creditor processing, reconciliations, calendar organisation and office administration.
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for employees, including calculating hours, preparing payruns, and managing payroll taxes and deductions
- Manage the creditor process, including invoice entry, payment processing, and supplier reconciliations
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Organise and manage calendars for team members and schedule appointments and meetings
- Provide general office administration support, including answering phones, managing communications and supplies
- Facilitate bookings and tenant requirements for shared office space 
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in office administration, with a focus on payroll and creditor processing
- Strong knowledge of Xero accounting software 
- Experience with payroll processing, including knowledge of tax and deductions
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Experience with calendar management preferred
