About the role
We seek energetic and enthusiastic people to join our team at HARIPRIY LIMITED T/A Super Blinds, Auckland, New Zealand. We currently have 1 Office Admin position at our outlet in Auckland. This is an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, friendly team where excellence, success, and people are valued and rewarded. The job involves an eye for detailing and record-keeping approach to every action in the office.
This is full-time, permanent employment with a minimum of 30 hours a week and an hourly rate of NZ$29.70/hour.
You will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
? Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors with a positive and professional demeanour.
? Answer and direct incoming phone calls, providing accurate information and taking messages as needed.
? Handle walk-in customers and manage appointments for curtain-making and maintenance services.
? Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
? Prepare documents related to technician visits at the customer's place, including service orders and billing information.
? Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring the front desk area is organized and presentable.
? Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
? Provide information about services, pricing, and company policies.
? Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
? Assist with scheduling and cancelling appointments when required.
? Assist with invoicing and ensure accurate record-keeping for financial transactions.
? May be required to perform other receptionist duties, as required.
? Require to sorting, opening and send mail

? Able to start early and finish late shift when required.
