Office Accounts Administrator - part time Skip to content Office Accounts Administrator - part time Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support) Add expected salary to your profile for insights We are seeking applications from experienced Administrators looking to join a busy and progressive civil contracting firm. The CompanyThey are a locally owned and operated firm of circa 35 staff specialising in civils, Earthworks and Drainage and complete works for various residential and commercial clients throughout the Bay of Plenty and surrounding regions. The RoleReporting to the Office Manager this permanent part time role is suited to someone who thrives on multi-tasking and attention to detail. You will need to be highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage a busy and demanding workload.This is a hands-on role that will see the successful applicant applying their administrative capabilities to a variety of tasks covering but not limited to:Accounts duties along with general administrative duties reporting to the Office Manager.XERO experience is essentialWFM (Work Flow Max) experience preferredAccurate data entry involving processing invoices from suppliers and back costings.Dealing with accounts; both Debtors and creditors.Dealing with timesheets.Customer service is paramount.Provide cover for the Office Manager in their absence Assisting in organising staff trainingMust be confident working autonomously Hours:Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday – 8am to 4pmEvery second Thursday is to be 7am to 3pm You will enjoy playing a key part of the team using your initiative, and work cohesively with others. Your professional and personable demeanour is essential for success, as is your time management skills. Previous administrative experience within Construction would be desirable, though not essential.
