With a national team of 4 reporting in and strong customer relationships already in place, you will lead them to enable further opportunities for growth. Your brief is enhancing capability; looking at long-term development and sales strategy with customers, providing the tools to assure future sales pipelines and revenue streams, and supporting the success of your team.ABOUT YOUExperienced Sales Manager or Senior Key Account Manager ready for the next step in your career. Perhaps seeking to join a market leader in a national role with great development opportunities and brands, or a Business or National Account Managers with some people management experience, seeking to step up to a more significant role.You lead with excellent relationship skills and you build high-performing teams, able to open new ways of working to drive growth and drive new ideas and channels.You demonstrate superior negotiation/commercial skills, can develop ideas and processes which help the team maximize call cycles and target business opportunities across the channel.You use analysis and data to identify gaps and opportunities and set a sales development strategy.
