The opportunity - Te turanga As OD Business Partner reporting to the GM OD & People Experience, you will be responsible for fostering a high-performance culture, driving employee engagement, and building leadership and organisational capabilities, supporting change management processes, and leading our Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) strategy.
You will partner closely with business leaders and the P&C team to design and implement programs that align with company values, enhance leadership effectiveness, and ensure the organisation is equipped to achieve its strategic goals.
Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Organisational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field5+ years of experience in organisational development, change management, or a similar role.Proven ability to design and implement OD programs that align with business objectives.Experience creating and delivering learning programmes and working with an LMSExcellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure successStrong understanding of D&I principles and their application within organisations.Proficiency in change management frameworks and tools.Good project management (including planning, prioritization, follow-up and organisation) skillsIf this is the first time applying for a role at TVNZ, you'll be asked to register and upload your C.V.
