Join our vibrant and highly skilled interdisciplinary team in Christchurch! We offer a range of assessment services across Canterbury, specializing in complex injury intervention. Our clients span all ages and include those with spinal, brain, and multi-trauma injuries. We have multiple roles available, including Wheelchair and Seating positions for both occupational therapists and physiotherapists. This role allows you to work across various assessment contracts, including Wheelchair and Seating, Housing Modification, and single discipline assessments for equipment and other support needs. Helping to enable individuals to participate in everyday opportunities. Ko wai koe/About You
Registered with the Occupational Therapy Board of NZ or Physiotherapy Board of NZ and hold a current Practicing Certificate
Able to demonstrate an understanding of the rehabilitation framework
Willingness to network and build relationships
Willing to travel and have effective time management skills
Experience in scripting rehabilitation/ADL community equipment
Experience in working with acquired brain injury or spinal cord injury, pressure area management, and rehabilitation is important, but training can be provided for the right person
Knowledge of ACC contracts would be preferable but not essential
Confident IT skills, with experience using the Microsoft Office 365 suite advantageous
Willing to work within our values
