It involves working alongside other Allied Health team members to plan and provide patient-centred rehabilitation to our community in their own homes.
You will also work closely with our acute colleagues and have opportunities to work across the continuum of care by in-reaching into the hospital.

Utu whanui - Salary range This role belongs to the DHBs/PSA Allied, Public Health and Technical Multi-Employer Collective Agreement and falls between Step 1 ($74,842 p.a) and Step 7 ($104,466 p.a pro rata) of the Degree-based Allied, Public Health and Technical Salary scale.
