Relient Health seeks a caring and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to work in a great Short-Term Rehab setting.
This full-time, permanent position is a chance to make a real difference in the patients' lives at this facility.
Qualifications Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice or eligibility to applyMasters or Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree required (or foreign equivalent)Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) CertificationBasic Life Support (BLS) CertificationResponsibilities Screening patientsPerforming evaluations and developing initial and interim treatment and discharge plansDocumenting progress toward identified objectivesOverseeing Occupational Therapy Assistant(s)Developing and implementing new programs/techniques to enhance occupational therapy servicesConducting patient and family educationDelivering quality occupational therapy servicesPutting patient service firstPositive attitude and willingness to be a team playerYou should be dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for each resident in an ethical, sensitive, and compassionate manner.
