What you need to do:
Develop and Implement Plans: Design tailored rehabilitation programs for clients in both clinic and community settings
Collaborate: Work closely within a supportive multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, client-centered care
Effective Reporting: Produce thorough client reports detailing abilities, goals, and recommended interventions
Caseload Management: Use diary management tools to manage schedules efficiently
What you need to have:
NZ Registration: Current Occupational Therapy Board registration and APC
Driving Capability: Full NZ Driver's License required for community rehabilitation
Effective Time Management & Communication Skills: Manage caseloads and communicate effectively with diverse clients and team members
