Occupational Health Nurse New Plymouth, New Zealand Reference: 6655085 We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join our New Plymouth based team.

This could mean potential relocation to New Plymouth, flexibility in working hours, contracting for services, or the possibility to job share with another Occupational Health Nurse.

You would be providing occupational health services across the different DIALOG Fitzroy divisions.
Our ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and a genuine interest in understanding our business.

Potential for relocation Flexibility in working hours This role involves: Conducting pre-employment medicals and on-going health monitoring, including leading the biological monitoring programme Maintaining employee health records Case management of injured/ill workers, including rehabilitation/return to work programs Coordinating the drug and alcohol testing programme Providing medical treatment Providing general health and medical advice and education Current Annual Practicing Certificate with the New Zealand Nursing Council A minimum of two years' experience as an Occupational Health Nurse Comprehensive understanding of legislative requirements relating to occupational health Strong ability to provide expert advice and consult with management and workers on compliance strategies and best practices High emotional intelligence to understand and address the concerns and motivations of various stakeholders, fostering a supportive environment for change Intermediate to advanced computer skills (including Microsoft Office) If you are seeking an exciting opportunity in occupational health, where your passion for the health and wellbeing of others is recognised and rewarded, this could be the opportunity you are looking for.
