O&G Senior House Officer - Start now through to January 2025 Right now, we have an exciting opportunity for three Senior House Officers to join our supportive and dynamic O&G team at Rotorua Lakes Hospital starting immediately fixed term for 1 year.
Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora - Lakes provides healthcare to a population of 112,000 people from its two general hospitals in Rotorua and Taupo, a top tourist area of New Zealand. We take pride in all our services we provide and aim to improve, promote and protect health in our region.
You will enjoy the close high level support and training from Consultants and other senior medical staff. At Te Whatu Ora Lakes you will be able to broaden your experience, reinforce and grow your skills.
We are interested in hearing from RMO's that are eligible for, or already hold a registration with Medical Council New Zealand.
You must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand and be eligible for general or provisional general registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand. You can check your eligibility for registration by visiting the Council's website.
Candidates who are not currently registered with the New Zealand Medical Council should be aware that it is a requirement of the NZ Medical Council that your qualifications are approved through EPIC. If you have a commitment to working in New Zealand it is highly recommended that you start this process as soon as possible to allow your subsequent registration to be undertaken in a timely fashion.
Suitable candidates must have the following included in their application:
an up to date CV
Three written references on the attached national reference template form or a RP6 form for international applicants – referees will not be contacted; they must be written via these forms.
