You will be at the forefront of the branch driving sales, building relationships, leading the team actively in continuous improvement of the business and overseeing the installation of joinery into customers' houses – ensuring excellent customer service, every time.You will also:Foster new relationships and create business opportunities within the local community working with homeowners and builders alike.Undertake customer/client sales consults so that they are given all relevant options and all information required to make an informed decision.Actively manage your key account forward work forecast through pipeline to ensure accurate sales and manufacturing forecasting.Follow robust systems and processes to deliver what the customer wants when they want it.Nga Pukenga | What you'll need to succeedA Hunger for growth and success!
