You will handle the setup, configuration, and integration of the software to streamline marketing and sales processes for clients or organizations.
Your role includes building landing pages, automated workflows, managing lead generation, automating email/SMS campaigns, and ensuring effective use of the platform to improve lead conversion, client retention, and overall marketing efficiency.Your Main Assignment Responsibilities Will Include:GoHighLevel Setup: Configure and customize GoHighLevel for clients, including CRM setup, pipeline management, and user access.
Set up GHL from scratch and create landing pages.Workflow Automation: Design and implement automated workflows for lead nurturing, client communication, and follow-ups through email, SMS, or social media.Campaign Management: Create, monitor, and optimize automated campaigns (email/SMS) for lead generation, conversion, and client retention.Integrations: Integrate GoHighLevel with other software (e.g., email marketing tools, payment systems) to create a seamless marketing ecosystem.Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and regular reports to clients or internal teams.Client Support & Training: Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training to clients or team members on GoHighLevel features and best practices.Updating and creating all GoHighLevel setup.Set up all social media platforms and web designs (web development skills would be an advantage).Social media content creation such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms as needed.Qualifications:Strong and proven experience with GoHighLevel CRM or similar marketing automation platforms.Strong knowledge of CRM systems, workflow automation, email/SMS marketing, and integration, set up GHL from scratch.Ability to track, analyze, and optimize marketing performance.Strong communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.Must be detail-oriented, proactive, communicative, resourceful, and possess great time management skills.
