The RoleAs the NZ Territory Manager - Eastern Channel, you will be pivotal in crafting, executing, and managing our strategy for the eastern channel.
You will work closely with key stakeholders across New Zealand, Australia, and China to drive sales, build strategic partnerships, and enhance our market presence.
This role requires high levels of energy and motivation, with a focus on maximizing opportunities and achieving financial targets.
Some key responsibilities include: Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring commitments are met and complaints are resolved effectively.
Market Opportunity Identification: Identify new business opportunities, conduct market and competitor analysis, and develop sales forecasts and strategies.
Sales and Marketing Execution: Create and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and marketing plans.
Implement marketing strategies and manage product pricing.
Customer Education and Training: Develop and deliver training programs and materials to enhance product knowledge and boost sales.
Regulatory and Quality Management: Ensure regulatory compliance and manage product quality issues.
Work with the regulatory team to meet all requirements.
Internal Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure order fulfilment and effective customer service.
Our ideal candidate will have the following attributes and skills: Proven experience in sales and relationship management within a similar role.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitive analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Experience in managing regulatory compliance and quality control processes.
