About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their eight retail stores across NZ. This role requires a high level of autonomy, as you will be reporting to a fantastic leader based in Australia, with the support of a strong head office team in Melbourne. However, you will need to be experienced in leading the NZ business and providing market insights back to HQ.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve store budgets, review weekly performance, and update store focuses to meet KPIs.
Ensure wage alignment with forecasts.
Support stores and maximize opportunities in a dynamic retail environment.
Distribute weekly scorecards based on store visits and feedback.
Drive KPIs through consistent weekly catch-ups with managers and teams.
Collaborate with the P&C team on leadership, succession planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance reviews, and learning & development.
Partner with planning, merchandise, and marketing teams to ensure proper stocking and alignment with seasonal products and floorplans. Lead stock takes as required.
About You:
Proven Regional Management experience, managing a portfolio of 5+ stores.
A passion for people and delivering an amazing experience for both team members and customers.
Confidence to challenge the status quo and a solution-oriented approach.
Experience leading both high volume outlet and full price retail channels is preferred.
Knowledge of NZ HR legislation and experience in leading employee relations matters.
Experience working within the fashion and/or footwear for global brand is desirable.
