Your main responsibilities will include: Interviewing VAs Placing VAs into positions Dealing with clients regarding VAs Office 365 files Jobadder checking Forms completed into Jobadder Lead generation General recruitment compliance Follow set KPIs with the team Building our next team for success Overall management of the team & success We are looking for someone exceptional, with outstanding English and recruitment management experience. We need to see your proven leadership and management of teams and how you have led them to success.
