Our company is a Virtual Assistant company, and we love to help clients find the right VA for their businesses. We work with NZ, Australia & American clients and are looking to take VAs all over the world in the future.

At present, we are looking for an extraordinary Recruitment Manager to run our recruitment team.

Your main responsibilities will include:
Interviewing VAs
Placing VAs into positions
Dealing with clients regarding VAs
Office 365 files
Jobadder checking
Forms completed into Jobadder
Lead generation
General recruitment compliance
Follow set KPIs with the team
Building our next team for success
Overall management of the team & success
We are looking for someone exceptional, with outstanding English and recruitment management experience. We need to see your proven leadership and management of teams and how you have led them to success. This is an extremely important role as we are helping VAs find assignments and helping companies find the right VA to help them grow. You must be heart-led and love contributing to a higher purpose.
