Te Whariki is at the heart of our philosophy. We believe every tamaiti holds immense potential, which we foster through personalised, responsive education. Through whanaungatanga and manaakitanga, we ensure tamariki and their whanau feel a sense of belonging.
Who we seek:
We are looking for a passionate, qualified kaiako specialising in 2 to 3-year-olds to join our toddler space. Your role will shape a positive and inspiring environment where tamariki and staff grow together. We value responsiveness to children's learning and strive for excellence in everything we do.
The ideal candidate will excel in whanaungatanga, collaboration, respectful practice, and communication. You should be able to build meaningful connections with whanau, tamariki, and fellow kaiako and have a passion for Te Ao Maori and cultural inclusivity.
Key responsibilities:
Build strong, trusting relationships with tamariki and whanau.
Design engaging, intentional curriculum aligned with Te Whariki .
Supportive, collaborative team environment that values creativity.
Opportunities for professional growth and development.
Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
Desired qualifications:
Full NZ Teaching Registration.
Experience with over twos in New Zealand.
Passion for Te Ao Maori and cultural inclusivity.
